BidTrackr ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by BidTrackr. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service at getbidtrackr.com (the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name, email address, and password. We also collect information you enter while using the Service, including bid details, customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes. We collect payment information through our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers directly. We may collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information including purchase confirmations and invoices; send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages; send follow-up reminder emails and notifications you have configured; respond to your comments and questions; and monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Service.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL database platform. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Your bid and customer data is only accessible to your account — no other users can view your data. AI features only access your own data when generating responses.
We use the following third-party services to operate BidTrackr: Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy); Supabase for database hosting and authentication; Resend for transactional email delivery; OpenAI for AI-powered features including bid drafting and the pipeline assistant; and Vercel for hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, as described above. We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
We retain your account information and data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
