By accessing or using BidTrackr ("Service"), operated by BidTrackr ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
BidTrackr is a web-based bid tracking and pipeline management tool designed for contractors and home service businesses. The Service includes bid tracking, customer management, AI-powered bid drafting, follow-up reminders, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@getbidtrackr.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
BidTrackr offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription at $29 per month. By starting a trial, you agree to provide valid payment information. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged $29/month automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@getbidtrackr.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export any information you need.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit any spam, malware, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including bid information, customer details, and notes. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you enter complies with applicable privacy laws.
BidTrackr uses AI features powered by OpenAI. By using these features, you agree that your inputs may be processed by OpenAI's API in accordance with OpenAI's usage policies. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BidTrackr and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidTrackr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
